Listing Marketing Coordination (LMC)

You've heard the saying "To exist, you must list." Although working with sellers is, for many agents, less time consuming that working with buyers, there are still numerous details to manage.

Partnering with Realty Support Plus to manage all aspects of a new listing allows you to focus on your client while we focus on the paperwork. For LMC services, Realty Support Plus will provide a free initial consultation to determine your current systems, preferences, company policies, and expectations. From there, we will create a customized marketing plan for your listings.

Getting Started:

Depending on your preferences, we can manage your leads as they come in and assist with pre-listing CMA's and seller information packages or pick up when you have the signed listing agreement; the choice is yours. Below is an example of how the process can work. It can be modified as needed.

Pre-Listing:

  1. Send leads to Realty Support Plus for entry into your database.
  2. Realty Support Plus prepares pre-listing package and sends to client (as directed by agent).
  3. Agent makes follow-up call to potential client once pre-listing package is delivered.
  4. Agent schedules to meet with potential client.

Marketing Presentation:

  1. Realty Support Plus prepares a marketing presentation for agent to use during the initial client meeting outlining the services and benefits offered by agent and virtual assistant.

Marketing the Listing:

RSP will perform the following tasks for each new listing. This list can be modified to meet your specific needs.

  1. Enters the new listing in the MLS system(s).
  2. Adds the property to the agent's website including photos, disclosures, flyers, and any other information requested by agent.
  3. Creates a virtual tour.
  4. Design and send an email to client database.
  5. Design and send an email to real estate professionals in your area.
  6. Design and print color property flyers. These can be sent directly to the seller.
  7. Fax a flyer to local real estate offices.
  8. Write and place classified advertisement (local paper, real estate book, etc.)
  9. Enhance Realtor.com listing with photos, links, etc.
  10. Enhance company website.
  11. Create an ad for online classifieds such as Craig's List and Postlets.

Additionally, Realty Support Plus will send weekly reports, by email or postal mail, to the seller with the following information:

  • Showing feedback
  • Realtor.com traffic
  • Virtual tour traffic
  • Web hits
