Support Plus, real estate virtual assistant, takes great pride in
offering value-added services to their clients. Providing long-term
marketing and real
estate solutions is our main goal. Therefore, we offer monthly Additional Charges: Realty Support Plus charges for incidental expenses directly related to a project such as postage, overnight delivery, courier, special paper, outside printing, etc. Contracts: A signed contract is required prior to the start of services. The contract outlines the details of the working relationship thereby avoiding any confusion down the road. Rate Plans: Every client is unique and so are their needs. Therefore, we have several rate plans. Our standard rate plans are monthly retainer, fee-for-service (project), and hourly. Monthly retainer plans offer a discount off the hourly rate for pre-paid blocks of time. Listing Coordination services are available per hour or per listing. Transaction Management services are billed per project and not per hour. All projects are billed in 15 minute increments. Please contact us for our currently hourly rates. Methods of Payment: Realty Support Plus accepts PayPal, business and personal checks (made payable to: Realty Support Plus). Please note there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. Invoicing: Invoices are sent directly to your email address and are payable with PayPal or check. Your contract proposal will outline the specific terms for payment.
